Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GrowX Infotech website and services. By accessing or using our site or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
GrowX Infotech provides digital marketing, product & brand photography, and web development services. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed in writing (proposal, invoice or contract) prior to work commencement.
Quotations & Payments
Quotes provided are valid for the period specified in the proposal. Payment terms will be included in the proposal/invoice. Commonly we require an upfront deposit to begin work. Final delivery may be dependent on full payment.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide required materials, approvals and clear instructions in a timely manner. Delays caused by client-side slowdowns may affect timelines and incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GrowX Infotech retains ownership of any creative materials, templates, source files, or code used to deliver the services. On receipt of final payment, usage rights for delivered assets will be transferred to the client as specified in the contract. GrowX reserves the right to display non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Revisions & Approvals
Project quotes typically include a limited number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes will be charged at our standard rates. Final approval must be provided by the client in writing or via the agreed project management channel.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information obtained during project work. Confidential information does not include information already in the public domain or independently developed by the receiving party.
Warranties & Liability
GrowX Infotech will exercise reasonable skill and care in performing services. Except where prohibited by law, GrowX Infotech’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing. On termination, the client will pay for work completed up to the termination date and any reasonable winding-up costs. Ownership and delivery of unfinished work will be agreed between the parties.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with proper authority in Chennai.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
